HULA Animal Rescue will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is kept securely and to respect the information privacy of all visitors to its website. The HULA website, and its agents, use up-to-date security technology features and procedures.

Your information may be held on a central database, local computer file, or as a paper record. This information comes from or relates to:-
• response and application forms, correspondence or other dealings with us;
• participation in fundraising events and activities;
• purchase of merchandise, raffle tickets etc;
• general information which is in the public domain.
We will use your information for one or more of the following: administration, marketing, fundraising and customer services. We will also let you know about the work of HULA Animal Rescue, as well as the different ways in which you could help, including buying goods, coming to events which we organise, assisting with fundraising activities and supporting us financially. You may change your preferences at any time by writing or contacting us by e-mail.

You have a right to ask for a copy of your information, for which we charge a small fee to cover administrative costs and to ensure that maximum resources go to the animals.
